Born of a French mother and an American father, Catherine Meguire grew up with feet firmly planted on both sides of the Atlantic. While growing up fully bilingual in the US, she spent many long summer vacations in France, visiting family and traveling. She spent a college year in Paris, at the Sorbonne, and thereafter has visited the country frequently.

Catherine has long wished to share her love of French culture and gastronomy with her fellow Americans. With Le Bon Vivant, her lifelong dream has come to fruition, and it comes with the hope that, when you want to go to France, you won’t have to travel too far.
